Consultation

We consulted on a review of proposed changes to the guidelines for participants on wholesale market information disclosure obligations. We sought more information from industry participants on proposed changes to the guidelines. Whilst the Act does not require us to consult when updating guidelines, we ran a short consultation as we felt industry stakeholders were best placed to understand how the guidelines worked at an operational level and could have influenced participant's behavior in the market.
