Deadline extended: Level playing field proposed Code amendments consultation

In response to requests for additional time, we have extended the closing date for submissions on our Level playing field proposed Code amendments consultation by one week.
Submissions are now due by 5pm, Tuesday 2 December 2025 and we look forward to your feedback.
We have also updated the Agenda and briefing paper for our 9 December Wellington workshop to discuss the retail price consistency assessments guidance.
The later consultation deadline means the date for our decision on whether we will add additional agenda items to the workshop (eg, in relation to uncommitted capacity) has been extended from 2 to 5 December. Find out more about the workshop
