Feedback welcome on application for a Type B industrial co-generation station

The Electricity Authority is considering an application from Fonterra for all five units at the Whareroa Co-generator to be classified as a Type B industrial co-generating station under the Code.
Fonterra is seeking approval because it intends to take over operation of the station from another party.
