  • Code

The clearing manager has advised all clearing participants that it will shortly issue invoices that will include the outstanding settlement for August 2021.

In October 2024 the Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko directed the clearing manager to carry out settlement of final prices after it decided no undesirable trading situation arose following a High Court judgement related to the grid emergency on 9 August 2021.

The clearing manager will shortly provide impacted participants with information detailing their August 2021 settlement obligations.

All amounts will be calculated and notified as required by subparts 3 and 4 of Part 14 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code.

These amounts will be settled on 20 February 2025, as part of the regular settlement process.
