New hedge disclosure obligations

The new Hedge Disclosure Obligations took effect on 30 October. The hedge disclosure system has been updated to reflect these changes. You can access the updated system at Hedge Disclosure System, and a guide on how to upload information is available at Hedge Disclosure System User Guide.

Along with these changes the Authority is now publishing risk management information on the EMI website, making it available alongside other wholesale and contract market data. As a result, the hedge disclosure system will be used solely for data collection with parties able to access and modify their own contract information.

Please email info@ea.govt.nz if you have any questions.
