Notice of assumption of rights and obligations

The Electricity Authority has approved Our Power Limited to assume the rights and obligations of NewPower Energy Limited under Parts 8, 13, 14 and 14A of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.
This approval takes effect from the first trading period on 1 October 2023.
