Settlement residual rebates information disclosure

  • Distribution
  • Code

The Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 requires distributors to publish an annual breakdown of settlement residue rebates by connection location and type of distribution customer (for example, retailer, direct load or direct generation customer).

The Authority has also requested that distributors provide this information to us voluntarily.

Distributors are encouraged to use this disclosure template form and return it to tpm@ea.govt.nz by the end of September 2024.

We are also developing an online form, which will improve the process for next year’s disclosure.
