Thanks to everyone who joined our first quarterly update.

Our CE Sarah Gillies kicked off the session with an overview of the Authority’s strategy and then our compliance and policy managers provided a high-level overview of our work programme. There was an update on:

• options to strengthen the Consumer Care Guidelines
• distribution work programme
• market monitoring work
• new compliance education programme
• upcoming consultations.
