Workshop registrations open: help us shape our flexibility work programme
- Policy
- Innovation
We are developing a work programme focused on enabling flexibility across the electricity system and invite you to be involved.
Through a series of roundtable workshops, we will share our draft flexibility and non-traditional solutions work programme and are keen to hear your views on where our effort and resourcing will deliver the greatest value to consumers and the electricity system.
We are holding 3 in-person workshops and 1 online, each running from 10am to 3pm. During these sessions we will:
- outline our proposed focus areas of the work programme
- test priorities and sequencing of initiatives
- gather feedback to inform our final flexibility work programme.
Workshop details
Queenstown: Wednesday 20 May
Wellington: Friday 22 May
Online: Monday 25 May
Auckland: Thursday 28 May
Register your interest
In‑person workshops are limited to 60 participants per location, so please register your interest early to secure your spot.
You can do this by emailing us at flexibility@ea.govt.nz and noting your preferred workshop. We will contact you again to confirm venues and your attendance to complete the registration process.
The agenda and other supporting materials will be shared with attendees in the week prior to workshops.
